Once you log into the App, complete your personal information. Then, on the main screen, click "Apply for loan". You will be shown details such as the payment term, the payment numbers, the interest rate and other related information. You can request the loan amount according to your needs.
Clicking "Apply for loan" does not mean that the App grants the loan immediately. This action is only used to consult and calculate the interest and the loan amount. Once you have confirmed that the loan information is correct, click the "Confirm" button and only then will the loan transfer proceed. Do not worry.
If your loan application is not approved, it means that you do not meet the requirements to apply for a PagoBoom loan at this time. You will be sent a notification if you later meet the application requirements and you will be able to apply again.
If you do not have outstanding loans to pay, you can start a new loan application from the main page of the App. The App will assess your credit situation again.

For customers with a good credit history, the system allows having multiple loans. You can apply for a new loan again even if you have not yet paid off the current one. If you meet the requirements, you will be able to start the application on the main page of the App.
We offer the possibility of obtaining multiple loans at the same time to customers with a good credit history. If you meet the requirements and still have an available limit, you can start a new loan application on the main screen of the App. The App will assess your credit situation again and the result of the application will be the one shown by the system.
You can see your maximum loan limit on the application page. If you wish to modify the amount, click on the amount and enter the quantity you wish to request. The minimum amount is 300 pesos, and it must be a multiple of 100.
Example: If your limit is 10,000 pesos, you can choose any quantity between 500 and 10,000, such as 1,000, 6,000 or 9,000, but not 11,000 or 440.
PagoBoom offers loans up to a maximum of 50,000 pesos, whose exact limit is assessed by the system based on the information in your application.
